1. Send us your products
If you're a wholesaler, have your own brand, or do retail/online arbitrage, you can send your products directly to us. You can also ask your suppliers to deliver the goods straight to our warehouse.
Just let us know what you've ordered — and if needed, we can even pick up your products within the Community of Madrid.
Submit your shipment plan
On our platform, you create a new inbound shipment where you indicate which products and quantities you expect to arrive. There, you can also provide all relevant details: tracking number, special requirements, specific instructions, etc. Everything is managed without the need for emails — communication is fast, structured, and error-free.
3. Receiving your products
We receive your products, check them, and — if needed — store them free of charge for up to 10–15 days at our Prep Center. We ensure everything is in good condition and meets Amazon’s quality requirements.
If we notice any missing items or damage during the visual inspection, we’ll notify you immediately via WhatsApp. You’ll also get an automatic notification on the platform as soon as all your products have arrived and we begin the prep process.
4. We prep and label your products
This is where the magic happens: within 24 hours, we label and prepare your products in full compliance with Amazon FBA’s complex requirements. We apply polybags or bubble wrap — whatever is needed — to protect each unit properly. We pay special attention to every detail to ensure it’s done the Amazon way.
We can also add your personalized notes and create product sets or bundles as needed.
We ship your products to Amazon
We print the shipping labels and dispatch your goods to Amazon fulfillment centers directly from our warehouse. Once your shipment is ready, we send it using trusted couriers like UPS, DHL, SEUR, or LTL carriers. We ship out daily, so you can rest assured your products will be on their way to Amazon as soon as they’re prepped.
You’ll be able to track every step of the process directly from your dashboard.

Use our address for returns, and we’ll handle the quality inspection of the items.
